At MaxiNutrition, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fuel; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the seal has been broken.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Send your return to our central warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and processing.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
